The gold coin is a 1/4 ounce 99.99 gold coin.
The silver coin is a 1 1/2 ounce fine silver coin, 99.99 silver.

The silver coin has a mintage of 17,500, and is available internationally. You can see it when you visit the mint page. There is also a half ounce Polar Bear (different coin) and two one ounce silver coins, one colorized and one not, each a different design. why not collect your Polar Bear coins directly from the mint.
