The coins of the Royal Canadian Mint that were released for the Year of the Horse have a multitude of sizes, shapes, and metalic content.

The coins include silver coins from 1/2 ounce to 1 kilogram, 18 karat gold coins and pure gold (0.9999) coins.  One unique shape is the lotus blossom.  

There are seven coins in all, and the mint has utilized four distinct images.
