Coca-Cola Medallion Centennial Celebration

In 1986 the Coca-Cola Company released a bronze medallion celebrating the centennial of the Coca-Cola Company.  The medallion shows a large Coca-Cola bottle on one side, and a multitude of images including the founders of Coca-Cola on the other.  The images are struck in high detail.

This item should be popular both with Coca-Cola collectors as well as coin collectors, and is a unique addition to any collection.

When I first came across one I had a question, "if the 75th Anniversary bars and rounds were minted for various bottling plants from 1973 into the early 1980s, how can the 100 Anniversary Celebration be in 1986?"  The answer is that Coca-Cola sold fountain drinks before bottling the product, so bottling plants came into existence well after the Coca-Cola Company was founded.

The 100 medallions are large, and if displayed two at a time both sides can be shown.
